The condo apartment had great security, with restricted access to floors and a secure entrance lock. The staff were helpful, and the apartments were new and comfortable. The facilities, including the pool and playground, were enjoyable. There were good eating places and a large supermarket nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The lazy pool was especially enjoyable for me and my three-year-old son. We had fun playing in the playground too. The apartment was clean and the staff were helpful. The hotel also had great facilities such as a fast wifi, a cooking site, and a TV with Netflix. I also appreciated the cold air conditioning in each room. Additionally, the location was great for taking beautiful pictures and there was a nearby supermarket.

Great location, easy transportation to nearby attractions. Comfy beds, clean linens, and towels. It also has a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The building is brand new and well-maintained, with 24-hour security and a beautiful pool.

Poor communication and check-in process; It took a long time to check in and the staff's attitude wasn't welcoming.

The location of the hotel is surrounded by beautiful areas for pictures and a lazy river spa, which is a great facility for relaxation. the staff is very friendly and provides helpful information about the do’s and don’ts during your stay. the two-bedroom room is very spacious and the air conditioning is very cold, which is excellent for hot weather.

The swimming pool is full of chlorine, which may cause irritation, especially for children.

Our romantic escape was made even better by the incredible lazy river spa and the scenic Swedish garden offered. the location was perfect, close to the heart of the city and easy to explore. the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

The lifts proved to be cumbersome, often requiring significant time to navigate. the lack of complimentary drinks and tissues was disappointing and detracted from an otherwise wonderful experience.
